Inchelium Safe Routes to School

1.3 miles Pedestrian Trail
Funded by : State,Safe Routes to School programs
Dates :Construction may start as early as May, and depending on actual start date could go as late as August.

The development and construction of 1.3 miles of an 8’ to 10’ wide asphalt pathway, located along the Inchelium Highway, Cut Off Road and Moccasin Road. To include but not limited to Pedestrian activated beacons, radar feedback signs, lighting, pavement markings and signs..

 

Bridge Creek safety:

Funded by: Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP)
Dates: : Construction may start as early as June and depending on actual start date could go as late as September.

 

The safety improvements of Bridge Creek Road No. 00020 from M.P. 28.0 to M.P. 29.5, work will include .25 HMA overlay 28’ wide, increased signage, shoulder & centerline rumble strips, paint striping, road side guidepost and guardrail as needed..

Scope of project includes: reconstruction of 3.0 miles; by recycling existing pavement, adding cement to stabilize the base, adding CSTC for widening, paving with cold mix, adding BST surface and installing guardrail where needed..
