Paivi Morse will contact the complaint within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.
Process for reporting all other complaints or claims:
If you have a complaint or concern that is non-criminal or non-monetary regarding the county or a county employee, we encourage you to directly contact the responsible Department Head or Elected Official. Here is the link to the County Directory.
If you have a Criminal Complaint, you should report it to the Ferry County Sheriff's Department.
If you have a Monetary Tort claim, you must file it with the Ferry County Auditor on the appropriate form.
